Sheril G. a property manager we do work with called us on a Thursday and needed two office buildings cleaned before Monday. That would only leave us only the weekend to get them done for the client seeing as there are patients coming in and out of the building on weekdays. These where medical facilities that were adjacent to each other and they needed extensive exterior cleaning which would include restoring heavily molded gutters, many feet of vinyl fencing, complete building washes on both buildings, a lot of concrete surface cleaning and a covered parking area for the doctors and staff. Of course we accepted the challenge and got to work early Saturday morning. A long day on Saturday got us in a good position to deliver to our client the results that are expected from our company. By early Sunday afternoon we were rolling our hoses up and giving the properties one last touch up and final inspection. We left feeling good about the job we had done and were confident our client as well as hers would be happy with the work we did and in the timeframe we had to do it. Around noon on Monday I got a call from Sheril and she was amazed at the transformation of the appearance of the properties. Sheril told me the doctors and staff had nothing but wonderful thing to say about the job we did and that is what I love about being an owner in this business.
